What you'll do
- Support the Maintenance Team in ensuring proper functioning and upkeep of machinery
- Assist in maintaining and servicing automated plant machinery to minimize downtime
- Provide support during equipment or machinery repairs
- Help identify and analyze equipment failures and contribute to corrective actions
- Support technical training sessions for team members
- Assist in coordinating work performed by outside contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and good working practices
- Monitor operations and report any issues to senior technicians
- Participate in maintaining high standards of Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Information Security policies
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Basic knowledge of Electrical fault finding and Mechanical fault finding
- Skills in Equipment maintenance and Problem-solving
- Compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental standards
- Ability to work Shift work and flexibility for on-call schedule
- Strong Teamwork, Communication skills, and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in Technical training support and Vendor coordination
- Adherence to Quality standards and Information Security policies
- Transparency and results orientation
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineeringpreferred
