What you'll do
- Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, automation, PLC, drive, sensor, and control system faults
- Apply electrical safety procedures including LOTO, isolation, and verification
- Support production changeovers, equipment setup, and parameter verification
- Document maintenance activities, diagnostics, and recommendations in the CMMS system
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements in reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and automation teams on equipment enhancements
- Work with motors, drives, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, electrical drawings, and test equipment
- Coordinate with production teams and escalate complex issues to Automation Engineers
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Electrical troubleshooting and fault-finding ability
- PLC knowledge including HMI, drives, and sensors
- Industrial maintenance practices and preventive/corrective maintenance
- Electrical drawings interpretation and technical documentation skills
- CMMS documentation and technical reporting
- Machine safety systems knowledge and LOTO procedures
- Industrial networks understanding
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Electrical Engineering / Automation / Electronics / Related fieldpreferred
