What you'll do
- Maximize hotel sales through direct bookings, corporate accounts and tour operator partnerships
- Prepare revenue reports and sales plans
- Monitor occupancy trends and identify opportunities to increase room nights and average rates
- Promote offers and inform customers about additional services and special packages
- Create competitive proposals and communicate with collaborators, tour operators and travel agents
- Handle customer queries and room booking requests by email and phone
- Process payments and send confirmation details to customers
- Coordinate with Operations teams to implement sales strategies and maximize occupancy
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions and B2B meetings to attract new partners
- Analyze market data and competitor activity to propose promotions and identify business opportunities
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Hotel sales, direct bookings and sales planning
- Corporate account management and tour operator partnerships
- Revenue reporting and occupancy analysis
- Room reservations, customer service and payment processing
- Sales proposals and market and competitor analysis
- English fluency
- Sales and Marketing / Digital Marketing / Any Field / Hospitality Management / Business Administration / Tourism Management
