What you'll do
- Provide sales, account management, and customer service support
- Develop sales and implement the sales plan
- Organize and coordinate sales activities
- Develop and maintain the customer portfolio to retain customers and close new contracts
- Prepare and apply B2B customer outreach scenarios
- Resolve problems, handle objections, and address challenges during the sales process
- Provide market and customer feedback to improve processes, services, and products
- Achieve monthly B2B sales targets
- Create and send sales reports and participate regularly in meetings
