About the job

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially Sell Out Data Specialist to join our Sales Intelligence team. The role owns the end-to-end delivery of sell-out reporting and insights, turning validated data into clear, actionable outputs that drive sales performance, execution and incentive decisions.

 

Working closely with the Sell Out Data Operational Officer, the role ensures that reporting, analysis and dashboards are aligned, reliable and business-relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboards & Reporting Ownership

  • Own sell‑out dashboards and reports end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

  • Design and continuously refine reporting structures, KPIs, and visual layouts to support performance tracking.

  • Ensure reporting outputs are aligned with agreed definitions, methodologies, and business questions.

 

Analytical Interpretation & Insights

  • Analyze sell‑out data across channels, customers, pack types and brands to identify trends, gaps, and performance signals.

  • Provide data‑driven insights to support investments optimization and execution‑focused sales interventions.

  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to assess the effectiveness of promos & activations.

  • Support sell‑out vs sell‑in analysis and business reviews with structured sell‑out insights.

 

BI Enablement & Quality Assurance

  • Translate analytical and reporting needs into business requirements for Power BI dashboards and reports.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with requirements.

  • Support end‑users in navigating and correctly interpreting sell‑out dashboards.

 

Wholesalers Incentives & Payments (Sell‑Out Data Driven)

  • Support wholesalers’ incentives and payments processes linked to sell‑out data programs

  • Provide analytical outputs to support Finance teams in the calculation, verification, and reconciliation of incentive‑related payments.

  • Support audits, reviews, and ad‑hoc requests related to sell‑out‑based incentives with clear and traceable data.

 

 

Requirements:
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or another numeracy-related field. A Master’s degree will be considered an additional asset.
• 5+ years of working experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Commercial Analyst or BI Analyst.
• Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry will be considered an asset.
• Solid knowledge of statistical tools and methods, with experience in data analytics.
• Ability to process large volumes of data and extract meaningful insights, including correlations, statistical differences, extrapolations and estimations.
• Experience with systems such as SAP, CRM or SEM will be considered an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI and ability to visualize data effectively.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Results orientation and ability to work effectively both independently and within teams.
