What you'll do
- Own sell-out dashboards and reports ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
- Design and refine reporting structures, KPIs, and visual layouts to support performance tracking
- Ensure reporting outputs align with agreed definitions, methodologies, and business questions
- Analyze sell-out data across channels, customers, pack types, and brands to identify trends and performance gaps
- Provide data-driven insights to support investment optimization and sales interventions
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Brand teams to assess promo and activation effectiveness
- Support sell-out vs sell-in analysis and business reviews with structured insights
- Translate analytical and reporting needs into business requirements for Power BI dashboards
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to ensure accuracy and usability of reports
- Support end-users in navigating and interpreting sell-out dashboards
- Support wholesalers' incentives and payments processes linked to sell-out data
- Provide analytical outputs to Finance for incentive payment calculations, verification, and reconciliation
- Support audits and ad-hoc requests related to sell-out-based incentives with clear data
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Data analytics and statistical tools and methods
- Power BI and data visualization skills
- MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, and SEM systems
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and English language proficiency
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Business / Computer Science / Economics / Statistics / Mathematicspreferred

We produce in Greece 17 beer brands and line extensions with 100% Greek barley sourced through the collaboration with more than 2,000 farmers, and Greek raw materials. We have three breweries in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras and two malteries in Thessaloniki and Patras. In Patras we also produce our ciders, with Greek apple juice and Greek raw materials.
