What you'll do
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver reports and performance metrics
- Utilize Power BI to create visualizations and interactive dashboards
- Perform deep-dive data analyses using advanced tools and methodologies
- Work with ETL tools to collect, extract, transform, and process data
- Apply programming logic and automation to streamline data flows and reporting processes
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of commercial data with Accounting and Actuarial teams
- Engage with cross-functional teams to communicate requirements and deliverables
- Translate business needs into technical reporting specifications
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data automation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and propose efficiency solutions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Strong knowledge of SQL and programming logic
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and ETL tools
- Experience in data modeling and data analytics tools and methodologies
- Understanding of data quality principles and reporting best practices
- Data Science / Statistics / Business Analytics / Computer Science / Economics / Engineeringpreferred
