What you'll do
- Collect, clean, and prepare data from internal and external sources for reporting and analysis
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data
- Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for government stakeholders accurately and on time
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into deliverables
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports
- Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights, and provide relevant recommendations
- Assist in automating manual reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Improve reporting tools, frameworks, and best practices
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- SQL and data analysis
- Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
- Power BI, dashboard development, and data visualization
- Data cleaning and preparation, data quality validation, and data collection
- Reporting, reporting automation, and reporting frameworks and best practices
- Trend and anomaly identification and data insights communication
- Data Analytics / Computer Science / Information Systems / Statistics / Any Field
