What you'll do
- Prepare raw materials according to menu specifications
- Prepare hot and cold dishes including finger food, burgers, appetizers, and desserts with accuracy and speed
- Ensure presentation of dishes meets 'Gold Class' aesthetic
- Coordinate with team to deliver orders on time during showings
- Follow hygiene rules (HACCP) and maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Monitor inventory and report shortages to Cinema Manager
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Culinary Arts degree
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene rules and HACCP compliance
- Preparation of raw materials and hot and cold dishes including finger food, burgers, appetizers, and desserts
- Ability to work under pressure and teamwork spirit
- Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
