What you'll do
- Execute monthly payroll processes accurately and timely for all associates
- Perform on/off boarding procedures and prepare employment contracts
- Maintain payroll records including overtime sheets and bank deposit authorizations
- Monitor and correct salary and wage payment distributions
- Balance and reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies
- Perform routine arithmetic calculations and enter payroll data
- Respond to employee queries on leave and payroll issues
- Process paperwork for employment changes and contract variations
- Create and maintain employee benefit information folders
- Support administration of annual pay reviews, surveys, and HR statistics
- Upload APD to e-EFKA and prepare monthly FMY file
- Assist with payroll reporting for HR and business needs
- Perform additional payroll duties as required
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Payroll processing, payroll reporting, and payroll practices
- Payroll data management, payroll reconciliations, and numerical aptitude
- Accounting and HR operations
- Communication skills and attention to detail
- Organizational skills and time management
- On/off boarding procedures and payroll system software usage
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administrationpreferred

About the job
The HR Payroll Specialist will be primarily responsible for the timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processes for the group, including associates, ensuring all payroll data is correctly entered and maintained in the organization’s payroll system.
Responsibilities
Οn/off boarding procedures in ERGANI, prepare employment contracts and input all relative data.
Maintain various payroll records such as overtime sheets, automatic bank deposit authorizations, payroll journals and ledgers; make required adjustments through established procedure
Monitor the account distribution of salary and wage payments including correcting prior distributions.
Balance or reconcile assigned payroll records; resolve and adjust discrepancies; analyze computer reports to identify and locate sources of error.
Make and check routine arithmetic calculations; post figures and enter data on appropriate payroll documents and/or enter data in computer system.
Respond to employees’ queries regarding any type of leave for example vacation, sick, maternity and payroll issues.
Process all paperwork associated with employment changes and variations to contracts.
Create and maintain up to date folders for all employee benefit information
Support the administration of annual pay review, employee survey and HR statistics.
Agreed with finance and upload APD to e-EFKA and prepare monthly FMY file.
Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
Any other payroll duties as required by the channel.
Requirements
University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Solid knowledge of payroll processing, payroll reporting, and relevant payroll practices
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or a similar accounting-related role
Strong numerical aptitude and confidence working with payroll data and calculations
Good spoken and written communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
