About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing operational processes for Rewards, Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management Center of Excellence (CoE) programs and initiatives, ensuring a focus on operational excellence and employee experience. Deliver consistent and high-quality first-line HR support to employees addressing HR-related queries and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions through the ticketing system. 

 

Your role will encompass:  

  • Implement and manage operational processes for Rewards, OE & PM CoE programs (e.g., performance management, onboarding), ensuring a focus on excellence and a positive employee experience

  • Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and consistency across all Rewards, OE & PM CoE procedures and processes 

  • Serve as a liaison between People Services and Rewards, OE & PM CoE teams by sharing insights from employee queries, identifying trends, and highlighting potential gaps

  • Support continuous improvement by implementing enhancements to Rewards, OE & PM CoE activities and offering training and troubleshooting on HR systems and tools to promote employee and manager self-sufficiency

  • Ensure the integrity of data in the system by conducting accurate system updates and providing ongoing support for various data needs like MJM data, assignment of Performance cycle Forms etc

  • Facilitate the launch of communications via official Rewards, OE & PM CoEs channels to ensure high-quality service experience 

 

What you bring to the role:   

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or a related field 

  • 1+ years of experience in HR operations, service delivery, or employee services 

  • Proficient in HR systems for data entry, troubleshooting, and reporting 

  • Skilled in managing employee queries via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution 

  • Strong customer service skills, providing timely and helpful support with a positive approach 

  • Ensure data accuracy in HR processes and generate required reports 

  • Ability to identify and suggest process improvements for greater efficiency and results
