What you'll do
- Monitor, maintain and support IT systems, devices, printers, networking equipment, hardware and software at 1st and 2nd level.
- Administer internet and intranet infrastructure, mail services, office tools, antivirus, backup systems and security applications.
- Support users and troubleshoot daily ERP issues at 1st level, including retail stores.
- Regulate access and security levels for ERP-related user support.
- Collaborate with departments to understand business needs, resolve problems and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay current with technology solutions and coordinate new IT projects and business development.],

Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Administer Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Office 365/Exchange, Windows Server and PowerShell.
- Apply Networking fundamentals and IT Service Management workflows.
- Support Android and iOS devices.
- Provide IT systems support and IT infrastructure administration.
- Perform IT security administration and Backup systems administration.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide ERP support.
