What you'll do
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and classroom technology
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end-user devices, peripherals, and software
- Support Microsoft 365 administration including Teams, email, MFA, user accounts, licensing, and access issues
- Assist with Active Directory administration including user accounts, group policies, DNS, DHCP, and file services
- Install, configure, and support Windows Server environments and assist with server patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Support NAS/storage platforms, backup procedures, and basic disaster recovery checks
- Perform basic network troubleshooting for wired and wireless connectivity including VLAN assignments, IP addressing, and switch port checks
- Coordinate with central IT and Network Teams for escalations, infrastructure changes, and service incidents
- Maintain documentation for systems, devices, procedures, and support requests
- Contribute to improving IT procedures, operational standards, and user support quality
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Windows desktop and Windows Server environments
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
- Networking concepts including IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLAN configuration, switches, and wireless troubleshooting
- Technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service skills
- Documentation skills
- Hardware and software support
- Server patching, monitoring, and backup procedures
- Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Any Field
