What you'll do
- Build and maintain pipelines to extract, process, validate, and structure commercial market data using APIs and SDKs
- Develop quantitative models to evaluate crude oil arbitrage economics and assess relationships with market indicators
- Identify leading indicators and forecast physical crude oil trade flows across global routes
- Engage with market participants and stakeholders to gather market intelligence and identify trends
- Synthesize quantitative data with qualitative intelligence to develop market views and commercial insights
- Design, automate, and maintain Excel-based reporting tools using Python and xlwings
- Prepare and deliver market reports and presentations translating analysis into actionable insights
