What you'll do
- Connect to client operational and financial systems to extract relevant transactional data
- Transform raw client data into structured, analysis-ready datasets and document assumptions and limitations
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries across multiple tables and resolve data discrepancies
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate data cleaning, transformation and processing
- Build Power BI dashboards and structured analytical summaries from scratch
- Organise analytical outputs into clear, presentation-ready formats
- Develop reusable analytical tools, processing templates and standardised workflows
- Manage analytical tasks across concurrent client engagements while meeting diagnostic timelines
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- SQL for complex queries, relational databases and data reconciliation
- Python with Pandas and NumPy for data cleaning, transformation and processing
- Power BI, data modelling, DAX and data visualization
- Advanced Excel and Power Query
- Data extraction, data cleaning and analytical outputs
- Strong analytical skills and numeracy
- Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics / Computer Science / Any Field
