people analytics lead

What you'll do
- Lead the People Analytics function and define the roadmap for workforce reporting and data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, reports, and KPIs on various HR metrics
- Ensure HR data integrity, consistency, accuracy, and governance across systems and platforms
- Continuously improve HR reporting infrastructure and ensure data reliability and accessibility
- Partner with People & Culture teams and business leaders to provide analytical insights and recommendations
- Design and deliver senior leadership reports and presentations with clear business insights
- Build predictive and trend analyses on workforce and talent metrics
- Support compensation, benefits, and reward analytics including benchmarking and pay equity
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and quality
- Lead or contribute to HR system improvements, platform enhancements, and process optimisation initiatives
- Establish strong HR data governance practices to ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated with emerging trends in People Analytics, AI-enabled insights, and digital HR solutions
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Reporting, and HRIS expertise
- Proficiency with Data Visualisation Tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Strong skills in HR Data Governance, process optimisation, and data modelling
- Experience with Compensation and Benefits Analytics and Talent Analytics
- Business Partnering capabilities with communication and presentation skills
- Problem Solving abilities and knowledge of AI-enabled Insights
- Human Resources / Business Administration / Data Analytics / Statistics / Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematicspreferred
