What you'll do
- Lead property legalization by coordinating external engineers and reviewing technical drawings and documents
- Manage the issuance and monitoring of construction permits with external partners
- Provide technical consultancy for property management projects
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and working instructions for external channels
- Prepare and submit reports on the technical maturity of real estate portfolios
- Communicate and present project data to clients, internal stakeholders, and committees
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects successfully
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Property legalization, cadastral registration, and forestry planning
- Construction permit management and technical consultancy
- Technical drawing and document review; AutoCAD and MS Office
- Real estate portfolio reporting and project coordination
- Policy and procedure development; change management
- English language, analytical skills, and problem-solving
- Civil Engineering / Rural and Surveying Engineering / Any Fieldpreferred
