What you'll do
- Support the development, enhancement and lifecycle management of retail deposit and fee products
- Monitor product performance, identify trends and improvement areas, and help implement corrective actions
- Manage, develop and monitor the Bank’s Safe Deposit Boxes offering
- Prepare management proposals, business cases and presentations for product initiatives and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Branch Network, Digital Channels and business areas to identify product optimization opportunities
- Ensure products and related processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Manage customer requests, operational issues and product-related inquiries
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer service and product performance
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Retail banking, retail deposit products and Safe Deposit Boxes operations
- Product management, portfolio management and product performance monitoring
- Banking operations, pricing principles and regulatory compliance
- Data analysis and business case development
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Project management and process improvement
- Finance / Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Any Field
