What you'll do
- Contribute to business plans for Bancassurance products to support portfolio growth and commercial goals
- Lead and coordinate design, development, and launch of new insurance products and services
- Identify opportunities to enhance existing insurance propositions considering customer needs and market trends
- Monitor and assess product performance and KPIs, recommend and drive improvement actions
- Collaborate with HR and Business Areas to develop training and certification materials for Bank Officers
- Manage relationships and operational matters with partner insurance companies
- Partner with Branch Network and internal stakeholders to resolve specialized customer requests for active insurance contracts
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Knowledge of insurance systems, sales practices, and regulatory requirements
- Product design, development, and lifecycle management skills
- Project management, KPI monitoring, and performance analysis capabilities
- Strong business acumen and continuous improvement mindset
- Analytical skills with structured problem-solving and attention to detail
- Collaboration, stakeholder management, and effective communication skills
- Finance / Economics / Accounting / Capital Markets / Insurance
