What you'll do
- Support optimization of operations across life insurance product lifecycle
- Participate in design, documentation, and implementation of new life insurance products
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive and compliant product solutions
- Monitor and analyze operational and product performance data to identify improvements
- Assist in aligning operational procedures and product governance with policies and best practices
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation for strategic initiatives
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and industry practices
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Knowledge of life insurance products and regulatory compliance
- Experience in product development and operations optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data analysis capability
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting/documentation
- Business / Finance / Insurancepreferred
