What you'll do
- Monitor portfolio performance, including NPE inflows, recoveries, resolutions, and restructuring progress
- Implement and monitor the NPE Plan, proposing remedial actions where necessary
- Prepare portfolio reviews from large datasets and present clear conclusions and recommendations
- Coordinate project management initiatives and key workstreams for timely, high-quality delivery
- Oversee a portfolio of corporate NPE clients and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare and submit proposals to Arrears and Credit Committees in line with regulatory requirements
- Assess recovery strategies with Credit, Legal, Risk, and Servicer teams
- Analyze financial performance, cash flows, and sustainability to support restructuring and recovery planning
- Draft presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- NPE recovery strategy management, recovery strategy assessment, and recovery planning
- Portfolio performance monitoring, corporate NPE portfolio management, and NPE Plan implementation and monitoring
- Data analysis, financial performance analysis, cash flow analysis, and restructuring analysis
- Project management and stakeholder coordination
- Credit committee proposal preparation and regulatory compliance
- Presentation development
- Business Administration / Economics / Finance / Any Field / Data Analytics / Operations Research
