What you'll do
- Analyze non-performing loan portfolios, including performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
- Assess external servicer performance using KPIs and develop improvement strategies
- Monitor SLAs with external servicers against agreed performance standards
- Oversee servicing fees and KPIs for non-performing loan portfolio management
- Prepare, monitor, and assess servicing, legal fees, and REO budgets
- Develop business analytics tools and models for NPE portfolio monitoring and evaluation
- Monitor securitized portfolio performance and recommend remedial actions
- Report and maintain securitized portfolio performance for accurate stakeholder reporting
- Develop and apply portfolio monitoring models using analytical tools for data processing and implementation
