What you'll do
- Manage and coordinate stakeholders and their requirements
- Propose innovative solutions aligned with technological developments and architecture principles
- Coordinate, assign and monitor work across decentralized development teams
- Collaborate with Business Units to document Functional Specifications for new applications and products
- Promote solution reusability by understanding the existing technology landscape
- Partner with Project Managers to develop project plans
- Create Operating Manuals and provide day-to-day functional support, application administration and troubleshooting (Level 2)
- Ensure adherence to standards, procedures, and guidelines for Core Banking Applications
- Participate actively in the SAP ERP transition to S/4HANA over 2–3 years
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Banking accounting operations and GL accounts reconciliation
- Business requirements analysis and Functional specifications documentation
- Stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP Bank Analyzer (FPSL), and SAP Business Warehouse (BW) knowledge
- MS Office (Excel) proficiency with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Application administration, troubleshooting (Level 2), Operating manuals creation, and Solution reusability promotion
- Project plan development
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administrationpreferred
