What you'll do
- Work with clients to understand needs and translate requirements into actionable strategies and functional specifications.
- Analyze business processes, dataflows and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Process, transform and interpret data to support business analysis and design.
- Design new processes, systems, reporting frameworks and transformative solutions.
- Engage stakeholders through presentations and discussions to build consensus.
- Maintain clear and consistent records and documentation across project deliverables.
- Stay up to date with banking trends and developments.
Key requirements
- Business analysis, business process analysis and systems analysis
- Functional specifications and documentation and record keeping
- Data analysis and interpretation, SQL and Power BI
- Stakeholder engagement and written and verbal communication in Greek and English
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and teamwork
- Banking regulation and supervision; program and project management
- Accounting and Finance / Finance and Banking / Economics / Data Science / Business Administration / Any Field
