What you'll do
- Contact VIP and potential VIP players daily and provide personalized support
- Collect and analyze player preferences to improve service and engagement
- Support and execute VIP strategy across online exclusive games
- Design monthly VIP promotions and run weekly bonus campaigns per product
- Track and report ROI of VIP promotions and suggest improvements
- Monitor player behavior and create tailored offers to boost engagement
- Organize VIP events including prizes, travel, accommodation, and suppliers
- Update VIP segments monthly and maintain performance and compliance reports
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity in VIP management
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Customer service and relationship management with VIP customers
- Data management and analytical skills for player preferences and behavior
- Decision-making and critical thinking in real-time situations
- Marketing including promotion design and event management
- Reporting on performance metrics including ROI and budget management
- Flexible working hours and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Marketing / Business Administration
