What you'll do
- Turn Retail CRM strategy into action with a results-driven CRM plan
- Design and execute CRM and loyalty customer journeys linked to lifecycle management
- Lead and support a high-performing team, nurturing talent
- Implement Retail CRM tactical plans to boost engagement and lifetime value
- Drive innovation in lifecycle and base management leveraging CRM platform capabilities
- Track performance and budgets, turning insights into action
- Collaborate across Marketing, Customer, Online, and Commercial teams to align commercial plans
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- CRM strategy implementation and lifecycle management
- CRM tools including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe, Unica, Responsys, Optimove
- Team leadership and collaboration skills
- Data-driven mindset with insight storytelling and innovation mindset
- Project management and MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot
- Business Administration / Digital Technologies / Marketing / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineeringpreferred
