What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to identify objectives and map them into system capabilities
- Document detailed business, functional, and technical requirements with best practices
- Design and implement enterprise-scale cloud CRM solutions using low-code tools
- Setup and configure Salesforce cloud solutions and third-party applications
- Prepare and deploy CRM solutions to Test and Production environments
- Manage day-to-day client requests and develop business relationships
- Liaise with clients throughout solution implementation and enhance user adoption
- Manage requirements changes during implementation and support team members
- Build knowledge of sector-specific best practices to meet business objectives
- Participate in client opportunities, proposals, and demos
- Stay updated with latest innovations and apply them to client issues
- Collaborate in cross-functional and international teams
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Salesforce and cloud CRM solutions design experience
- Consulting experience and business analysis skills
- Communication and collaboration skills
- Technical documentation and system configuration abilities
- Test and production deployment expertise
- Client relationship management and change management skills
- Creativity and personal development commitment
- Sector-specific knowledge
