What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery
- Define user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity interfaces for digital platforms
- Apply mobile-first thinking and Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design to create mobile experiences
- Evolve and govern the design system, including component libraries, design tokens, and documentation
- Optimize interfaces for performance and accessibility in line with Web Vitals and WCAG 2.2
- Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate user testing, prototyping, and automated design audits
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Product Design (UX/UI) and end-to-end design process
- User flows and information architecture, mobile-first design, and Mobile HCI
- Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design
- Design systems, Figma, and AI-assisted design tools
- Accessibility and inclusive design, WCAG 2.2, and Web Vitals
- HTML/CSS and analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing
