What you'll do
- Implement the regional sales plan to increase sales, profitability, and customer experience
- Build strong relationships with store partners and resolve operational and commercial issues
- Visit stores regularly to ensure alignment with company processes, standards, and Responsible Gaming policies
- Keep partners informed about changes in processes, procedures, and standards
- Ensure partners comply with sales processes and commercial policies, providing guidance when needed
- Act as the main link between partners and company teams to ensure smooth communication
- Support negotiations with existing and potential partners to achieve commercial agreements
- Assist in roll-out projects, coordinating agreements and negotiations with partners
- Participate in evaluating and selecting new partner/agent candidates
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to improve partner engagement and customer satisfaction
- Identify locations for network expansion or optimization
- Evaluate and select potential agents and points of sale according to company standards
- Ensure partners receive the required products
- Prepare regular sales reports and monitor performance against targets
- Handle additional business tasks related to the role when required
- Ensure effective merchandising and product placement to maximize brand visibility at points of sale
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- B2B Sales and Retail Account Management
- Business Administration and Marketing knowledge
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills and Negotiation abilities
- Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills in English and Greek
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Customer Experience Management and Reporting and Monitoring
- Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Policies
- Business Administration / Marketing / Any Field

Driving the achievement of sales targets in the assigned area for HL and TORA products by motivating and engaging agents and partners, proactively resolving commercial challenges, and championing Allwyn's products, interests, and operating standards!
What your day to day will include:
Implementing the regional sales plan to increase sales, profitability, and customer experience for HL and TORA products.
Building strong relationships with store partners and resolving operational and commercial issues.
Visiting stores regularly and ensuring alignment with Allwyn processes, standards, and Responsible Gaming policies.
Keeping partners informed about changes in processes, procedures, and standards.
Ensuring partners comply with sales processes and commercial policies, providing guidance when needed.
Acting as the main link between partners and Allwyn teams to ensure smooth communication.
Supporting negotiations with existing and potential partners to achieve commercial agreements.
Assisting in roll-out projects, coordinating agreements and negotiations with partners.
Participating in evaluating and selecting new Allwyn partner/agent candidates.
Collecting market feedback and providing insights to improve partner engagement and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll bring:
1+ years of professional experience in B2B Sales in companies with large network
BSc in Business Adminsitration Marketing, or related field
Very good knowledge of Allwyn products and characteristics
Hands-on experience in retail account management
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in highly-matrixed or complex organizations is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Excellent English & Greek (written and oral)
