About the job

Driving the achievement of sales targets in the assigned area for HL and TORA products by motivating and engaging agents and partners, proactively resolving commercial challenges, and championing Allwyn's products, interests, and operating standards!

 

What your day to day will include:

  • Implementing the regional sales plan to increase sales, profitability, and customer experience for HL and TORA products.

  • Building strong relationships with store partners and resolving operational and commercial issues.

  • Visiting stores regularly and ensuring alignment with Allwyn processes, standards, and Responsible Gaming policies.

  • Keeping partners informed about changes in processes, procedures, and standards.

  • Ensuring partners comply with sales processes and commercial policies, providing guidance when needed.

  • Acting as the main link between partners and Allwyn teams to ensure smooth communication.

  • Supporting negotiations with existing and potential partners to achieve commercial agreements.

  • Assisting in roll-out projects, coordinating agreements and negotiations with partners.

  • Participating in evaluating and selecting new Allwyn partner/agent candidates.

  • Collecting market feedback and providing insights to improve partner engagement and customer satisfaction.

  • Identifying locations for network expansion or optimization.

  • Preparing regular sales reports (annual, quarterly, monthly) and monitoring performance against targets.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ years of professional experience in B2B Sales in companies with large network 

  • BSc in Business Adminsitration Marketing, or related field

  • Very good knowledge of Allwyn products and characteristics

  • Hands-on experience in retail account management

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in highly-matrixed or complex organizations is a plus

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Excellent English & Greek (written and oral)
