What you'll do
- Ensure daily quality control of raw materials and semi-finished products used in production
- Conduct inspections of incoming shipments, including checking necessary documents and certificates
- Perform sampling inspections of organoleptic and quality characteristics in deliveries and production
- Identify deviations and coordinate corrective actions including removal of raw materials
- Train production staff on proper handling of raw materials

κανόνων Ορθής Βιομηχανικής Πρακτικής και Ορθής Υγιεινής Πρακτικής. Βασικό σου μέλημα
είναι να προλαμβάνεις πιθανούς κινδύνους, να ελέγχεις τα κρίσιμα σημεία της παραγωγικής
διαδικασίας και να διασφαλίζεις ότι τα προϊόντα μας ανταποκρίνονται πάντα στις
υψηλότερες προδιαγραφές ποιότητας.
Πως μοιάζει η καθημερινότητά σου:
• Εξασφαλίζεις καθημερινά τον ποιοτικό έλεγχο των πρώτων υλών και των ημιέτοιμων
προϊόντων με τα οποία τροφοδοτείται η παραγωγή
• Πραγματοποιείς ελέγχους για την κατάσταση άφιξης των φορτίων, παραλαμβάνοντας
όλα τα απαραίτητα έντυπα και πιστοποιητικά
• Πραγματοποιείς δειγματοληπτικούς ελέγχους οργανοληπτικών και ποιοτικών
χαρακτηριστικών στις παραλαβές και στην παραγωγή
• Εντοπίζεις πιθανές αποκλίσεις και συντονίζεις τις απαιτούμενες ενέργειες, έως και την
διαδικασία απομάκρυνσης των πρώτων υλών
• Εκπαιδεύεις τους υπαλλήλους των τμημάτων της παραγωγής, ώστε να διαχειρίζονται
σωστά τις πρώτες ύλες
Είσαι ο άνθρωπος που ψάχνουμε εάν:
• Είσαι απόφοιτος σχολής Χημικού, Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων ή Γεωπονίας
• Έχεις προηγούμενη εργασιακή εμπειρία έως 3 χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε Βιομηχανία
Τροφίμων
• Γνωρίζεις άριστα Αγγλικά
• Έχεις γνώσεις χειρισμού Η/Υ
