What you'll do
- Organize and supervise the construction of large building projects
- Coordinate all electrical and mechanical activities on site
- Ensure project progresses according to specifications, schedule, and budget
- Ensure workplace safety practices and train workers on safety
- Maintain the construction site to prevent accidents
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and specialized work
- Communicate regularly with client representatives and provide project updates
- Manage client expectations and respond to concerns and requests
- Resolve problems and make decisions during construction
- Handle conflict resolution on site
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Project management and construction site supervision
- Workplace safety practices and training
- Coordination with suppliers and subcontractors
- Communication with clients and teamwork
- Experience in building projects including fit out projects
- Computer skills including MS Office
- English language proficiency
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Civil Engineering
