What you'll do
- Supervise major private building construction projects
- Coordinate and manage the project team, including task allocation and progress monitoring
- Organize and oversee construction activities to meet specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure site safety practices are followed and the site is maintained to prevent accidents
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and specialist labor
- Maintain effective communication with clients through progress updates and responses to concerns or requests
Key requirements
- 15+ years' experience
- Project management and construction project supervision
- Team management and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors
- Building construction projects and fit-out projects
- Construction industry experience and budget management
- Site safety management
- MS Office, English language, and client communication
- Civil Engineering
