What you'll do
- Supervise the construction of major building projects
- Organize and oversee construction activities
- Coordinate all MEP work activities on site
- Ensure the project meets specifications, schedule, and budget
- Enforce site safety practices and maintain safe working conditions
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment, and skilled labor
- Maintain effective communication with client representatives
- Provide project progress updates and address client concerns or requests
- Resolve construction challenges and conflicts
- Make decisions during construction
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Construction Site Experience and Building Projects Experience
- Project Management and Construction Supervision
- Fit-Out Projects
- Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination
- Construction Site Safety
- Client Communication, Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Conflict Resolution
- MS Office, English, Organization and Time Management, and Nationwide Mobility
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
