What you'll do
- Organize and supervise construction activities across major building projects
- Coordinate all MEP works on site and ensure delivery to specifications, schedule and budget
- Enforce site safety practices, train workers on safety and maintain an orderly site
- Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors for materials, equipment and specialist labor
- Maintain effective communication with client representatives and provide regular project updates
- Address construction challenges, solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Make decisions during the construction process
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Construction Site Experience and Construction Supervision
- Project Management for Building Construction Projects and Fit-Out Projects
- MEP Works Coordination
- Supplier and Subcontractor Coordination
- Construction Site Safety
- Client Communication, Problem Solving, Decision-Making and Conflict Resolution
- MS Office, English and Nationwide Mobility
- Civil Engineering
