This role is responsible for the accurate and timely calculation of commissions based on complex compensation plans, as well as for the preparation of detailed financial and commission reports. The analyst will work closely with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure transparency, maintain up-to-date commission policies, and resolve any commission-related disputes. Additionally, the role involves working in cloud-based environments and applications to support the design and implementation of new commercial policy schemes.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:• &nbsp; &nbsp;Perform accurate and timely calculation of commissions based on complex compensation plans. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to maintain and update commission policies and documentation. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Manage and resolve commission disputes in a timely and professional manner. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Support the design and rollout of new commission models. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Work within cloud-based environments and applications to develop and implement new commercial policy schemes.Who you are• &nbsp; &nbsp;Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. • &nbsp; &nbsp;2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis in a similar role • &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong understanding of accounting principles. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI Tools such as Power BI is considered a plus. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • &nbsp; &nbsp;Experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g. Google Cloud, or similar). • &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly? Commissions Analyst

The Senior Financial Accountant is responsible for evaluating, controlling, consolidating and reporting the actual financial statements, results and disclosures in compliance with IFRS, Vodafone Group guidelines, local GAAP and tax legislation. Manages the annual audit process and liaises with external auditors.<ul><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements to VF Group and local tax authorities (statutory) ensuring compliance with IFRS, and local accounting principles</li><li>Accountable for the Balance sheet reconciliations deliverable ensuring any open, aged items are actioned in a correct and timely manner</li><li>Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the company’s assets</li><li>Continuous engagement with the Shared service centre, FP&amp;A, Tax, VF Group reporting, CFO, external auditors and other key senior stakeholders</li><li>Translate commercial business scenarios into accounting memos for signoff</li></ul>Who you are<ul><li>Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CPA)</li><li>Class A Accountant license from the Economic Chamber of Greece</li><li>6+ years’ experience in IFRS accounting, reporting, consolidation</li><li>Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role in a group or multi-entity structure, ideally within the Telecom sector</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.</li><li>Experience with financial consolidation and ERP/reporting systems.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior colleagues</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>Not a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
