On behalf of our client, a fast-growing consulting firm with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in economic studies, IT, and EU-funded programs, we are looking for an experienced&nbsp;EU Proposal Writer&nbsp;to join their team in Thessaloniki.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft and prepare comprehensive proposals for EU-funded programs, particularly those involving municipalities and public institutions.</li><li>Manage national and EU-funded projects</li><li>Coordinate and monitor project implementation and activities</li><li>Communicate with partners and funding authorities</li><li>Prepare interim and final reports</li><li>Monitor financial progress in collaboration with the finance team</li><li>Contribute to the development of project deliverables and organization of events</li><li>Research and submit funding proposals related to the company's activities</li><li>Develop project ideas and identify appropriate partners</li><li>Draft and submit funding applications</li><li>Participate in meetings both domestically and internationally (availability for travel is required 1-2times/year)</li></ul>Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution</li><li>At least 2 years of experience in EU proposal writing</li><li>Proven experience in writing, managing, and/or implementing at least 10 EU or national funding programs (e.g. REC, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, INTERREG, NSRF, EEA Grants)</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT tools</li><li>Strong multitasking and deadline management skills</li><li>Excellent organizational abilities, professionalism, and consistency</li><li>Experience in evaluating EU programs is considered a strong asset</li></ul>The employer offers:<ul><li>Permanent contract</li><li>Hybrid working environment</li><li>Structured work environment with opportunities for growth</li></ul>If you meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
