The HR BP will be responsible for day-to-day HR management, developing and implementing HR policies.The role includes:<ul><li>Leading the full cycle of Recruitment</li><li>Execution of Performance Management and C&amp;B Systems (Performance Appraisals,Trainings, Bonus etc)</li><li>Participation in HR projects (Employees’ surveys, Job descriptions, KPIs development etc)</li><li>Assisting in developing and implementing HR Policies &amp; Procedures</li><li>HR Reporting</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus</li><li>Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies</li><li>4+ years experience in an organised HR Department (Ideally in a Manufacturing company)</li><li>Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and decision-making abilities</li><li>Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Transfer from/to Thessaloniki and Kilkis by company's bus</li><li>Private Heathcare Insurance Program</li><li>Development opportunities through tailored career plan</li><li>Working from home days</li></ul>
