Known for its commitment to technical excellence, operational reliability, and client-focused delivery, the company is expanding its project team to support a growing pipeline of complex international projects. The Project Coordinator shall play a critical role in coordinating activities between onshore teams, offshore operations, and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Based in Attiki, Greece – with international travel to global project sites for up to 4-6 months per year – the successful candidate shall report directly to the assigned Project Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and offshore personnel throughout project lifecycles.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Supporting the Project Manager in developing detailed action plans, schedules, and resource allocations across project phases</li><li>Drafting and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including Execution Plans, Method Statements, and Technical Reports</li><li>Collaborating closely with engineering departments to gather required inputs for geotechnical, cable installation, and survey documentation</li><li>Reviewing and validating engineering studies to ensure alignment with project goals and standards</li><li>Monitoring project progress using action trackers and daily diaries, and flagging risks or deviations early</li><li>Coordinating communications with internal stakeholders (e.g., HSE, Engineering, Offshore Managers) and clients throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Attending and contributing to internal and external project meetings (e.g., Kick-off, HAZID/HAZOP)</li><li>Joining offshore teams during mobilization, execution, and demobilization phases on a rotational basis as required</li><li>Preparing and monitoring Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and reviewing logbook entries</li><li>Drafting Minutes of Meetings and maintaining accurate documentation within the company’s data management system</li><li>Participating in onboard vessel meetings and liaising actively with survey teams, Marine Superintendents, and Client Representatives</li><li>Reviewing survey results and ensuring compliance with technical and safety requirements</li><li>Assisting in preparing Management of Change (MOC), Field Reports, and As-built documentation</li><li>Ensuring adherence to HSE policies, safety audits, and offshore reporting standards</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering)</li><li>2-4 years of related engineering or offshore project coordination experience</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting technical projects from initiation to delivery</li><li>Familiarity with offshore operations, vessel coordination, and subsea cable installation is an advantage</li><li>Understanding of risk management, QA/QC protocols, and engineering documentation standards</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, along with general MS Office applications</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong time-management and multitasking ability</li><li>Clear and confident communicator</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Collaborative and team-focused mindset</li><li>Proactive problem-solving approach</li><li>Adaptable to dynamic offshore environments</li><li>Client-centric and service-oriented attitude</li><li>Flexible to travel 4-6 months per year</li></ul>

Known for its commitment to technical excellence, operational reliability, and client-focused delivery, the company is expanding its project team to support a growing pipeline of complex international projects. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning onshore logistics, offshore field execution, and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of complex marine infrastructure projects. Based in Attiki, Greece – with international travel to global project sites for up to 4-6 months per year – the successful candidate shall report directly to the Director of Offshore &amp; Marine Construction.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Coordinate the full lifecycle of offshore and marine construction projects, ensuring smooth integration of onshore and offshore operations</li><li>Supervise vessel mobilization, execution, and demobilization, working closely with Masters, OCMs, and marine superintendents</li><li>Liaise with project managers and offshore crews to ensure task readiness, resource allocation, and real-time operational alignment</li><li>Oversee the preparation, inspection, and certification of project cargo in line with maritime safety and logistics standards</li><li>Manage the offshore operations warehouse, ensuring optimal equipment storage, maintenance tracking, and dispatch accuracy</li><li>Direct international and domestic logistics operations, including freight planning, customs compliance, and backload coordination</li><li>Plan and coordinate the mobilization of offshore personnel, ensuring certifications, travel logistics, and readiness are in place</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for field personnel during mobilization, offshore rotation, and demobilization</li><li>Develop operational schedules, resource plans, and project dashboards to track progress and ensure timely execution</li><li>Promote and enforce adherence to HSEQ protocols, supporting safety briefings, incident reporting, and continuous improvement practices</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Marine Engineering)</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in offshore project operations or marine construction environments</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in vessel mobilization, equipment logistics, and field operations support</li><li>Strong understanding of offshore construction equipment, lifting and rigging procedures, and marine transport standards</li><li>Familiarity with international logistics, customs regulations, and IMCA/DP compliance is considered an asset</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner, along with general MS Office applications</li><li>Flexible to travel 4-6 months per year</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken</li></ul>Core competencies of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Strong leadership in fast-paced environments</li><li>Operationally hands-on and detail-oriented</li><li>Clear and confident communicator</li><li>Collaborative and team-focused mindset</li><li>Proactive problem-solving and safety-driven approach</li><li>Effective multitasker under pressure</li><li>Technically proficient in logistics and tracking tools</li></ul>Apply Now
