Work closely with client’s network operations monitoring departments (NOC, SOC) providing guidelines and instructions for the implementation of best practices regarding ensuring the smooth operation of the network and resolving any issues that may arise during its operation.&nbsp;Main Responsibilities:&nbsp;Network Security Design and Implementation:&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for client network and security solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ensure best practices are followed across client projects.&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ascertain that Projects are comprehensively documented according to Corporate policy&nbsp;and customer requirements&nbsp;Customer Support and Operations:&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead customer operations on premises&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead Daily network operations such as: Health Check, Monitoring and analysis of relevant performance indicators and management of relevant system alerts (Performance Alarm Handling), management of technical problems and their correction (e.g. operation, security), Configuration Changes, reproduction of errors in the lab environment to facilitate the resolution process (if possible), etc.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Orchestrate escalated Customer Incidents thus ensuring SLAs&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage Service Requests that require implementation&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Manage Change Requests that require design and implementation&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead incident response efforts and root cause analysis towards implementing corrective measures to prevent future incidents.&nbsp;&nbsp;Technical Expertise and Continuous Improvement:&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.&nbsp;&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead customer nonproduction testing.&nbsp;What we are looking for:&nbsp;· At least 5 years of work experience in network management issues (Routing, Switching) in a large organization or campus/ business environment with an extensive office network and technologies such as wired and wireless LAN, SD-WAN, &nbsp;and MPLS.&nbsp;·&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;At least 5 years of work experience in solutions from manufacturers such as Cisco, Huawei or Fortinet.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High level Security knowledge desirable.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;At least 2 years of experience in network management in a cloud environment (Azure, AWS, Oracle) is desirable.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor's or &nbsp;Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering).&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CCNP Enterprise or equivalent certifications from other manufacturers (Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto), with corresponding experience in an integrator or telecommunications provider required.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; CCNP Security or equivalent certifications from other manufacturers (Fortinet (NSE7, Palo Alto), with corresponding experience in an integrator or telecommunications provider required.&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Experience with Huawei’s LAN and Wifi solutions and iMaster is highly desirable.&nbsp;What you will gain:&nbsp;<ul><li>🏋️ ️Friendly and dynamic working environment</li><li>🏫 Formal training and Professional Qualifications fully funded</li><li>✔️ Competitive compensation package</li><li>⚕️ Private Health Insurance</li><li>⚖️Work-Life Balance initiatives</li><li>🏃🏽 Corporate Sports Teams (e.g. Running, Basketball, Volleyball)</li><li>👥 A Buddy who will support you with your onboarding</li></ul>
