What you'll do
- Oversee access control, CCTV, lost and found, workplace safety, violence prevention, and incident investigations
- Develop emergency response and crisis management plans
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with authorities and emergency services to support intelligence sharing and rapid response
- Oversee the selection, placement, and performance of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Promote safe practices covering hazardous materials, workplace hazards, fire detection, equipment, manual handling, contractors, and injury prevention
- Support implementation of the health, safety, and security management system
- Drive safety engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Review incidents, trends, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and support property investigations
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Hotel or resort security leadership; security strategy development and implementation
- Emergency response planning; crisis management; incident response and investigation
- Security and safety law compliance; fire and life safety; workplace safety and health
- CCTV systems; access control systems; alarm systems and fire panels
- Risk mitigation; investigative techniques
- MS Office; first aid, CPR, and basic fire response
- Any Field
