In this role, you will support the growth of our HVAC portfolio by producing high‑quality technical and promotional content, enabling our sales teams and partners, and contributing to the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The work model for the role is: hybrid (#LI-hybrid) You will be mainly accountable for:<ul><li>Developing marketing content for HVAC products, including brochures, datasheets, application guides, and presentations.</li><li>Supporting product launches by preparing collateral, technical documentation, and market‑positioning materials.</li><li>Collaborating with sales engineers and product managers to create technical materials and sales‑enablement tools.</li><li>Coordinating participation in trade shows, technical workshops, and installer/distributor events.</li><li>Managing digital marketing activities such as campaigns, landing pages, and CRM‑based lead‑nurturing workflows.</li><li>Monitoring the performance of marketing initiatives and contributing to ongoing optimization.</li></ul>Our team dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning. Qualifications for the role<ul><li>Degree in Mechanical Engineering</li><li>You have two years of experience in HVAC or another technical B2B field.</li><li>Knowledge of heat pump technologies, VRF systems, energy‑efficiency requirements, IAQ and industry regulations</li><li>Ability to translate technical specifications into clear and targeted messages for professional audiences</li><li>Experience in working with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot or Salesforce</li><li>Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite or Canva will be an asset</li><li>You are at ease communicating in English</li></ul>
