The role in more detail:The Supervisor/Manager in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A) will play a crucial role in supporting our senior dealmakers across all phases of the transaction process. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile deals, providing strategic advice and comprehensive financial analyses to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial modelling, market research, and strategic planning, coupled with a proven ability to manage and develop junior team members. The key responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Collaborate with senior dealmakers throughout all phases of the transaction process, including origination, drafting of deal structure and material, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Conduct in-depth company, industry, and market research to identify and evaluate potential deal opportunities.</li><li>Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and valuations to support transaction rationale and pricing strategies.</li><li>Prepare and draft engaging pitch and marketing materials, such as teasers and information memorandums, to effectively communicate value propositions to potential buyers or investors.</li><li>Serve as a strategic M&amp;A advisor to clients, assisting them in formulating and executing their strategic plans and achieving their long-term objectives.</li><li>Actively contribute to the development and presentation of proposals, providing insightful advice to both current and prospective clients.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and professional growth.</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
