The Paintshop Coordinator assists with the multi-shift day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the product shipments meet the customer’s schedule.&nbsp; Ensures that company policies and procedures are adhered to within manufacturing operations. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supports the operation of the powder coating process for metal objects.</li><li>Assists in following operational procedures and contributes suggestions for improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.</li><li>&nbsp; Provides daily coordination and guidance to Paintshop staff and supports their training and development.</li><li>Monitors the chemical pre-treatment process and ensures correct handling of materials under supervision.</li><li>Assists with handling, preparing, and replenishing solutions (acids and other liquids) according to established procedures.</li><li>&nbsp;Performs routine quality checks and assists with final product measurements.</li><li>Contributes to capacity and resource planning by providing data and observations to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensures work is carried out in accordance with quality, environmental, safety, and information security policies and procedures.</li><li>Maintains a high standard of work and supports others in doing the same.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.</li><li>3–5 years of experience in powder coating of metal objects (metal structures, doors, etc.) or relevant industrial experience.</li><li>Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and support colleagues.</li><li>&nbsp;Willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop within the role.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.</li><li>Advanced English knowledge (oral and written)</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office and EPR Systems (preferably SAP)</li><li>Ability to work on rotating shifts.</li></ul>
