You will actively participate in numerical and analytical modelling for thermal, electromagnetic, and fully coupled analyses, as well as assist in cable representation and database creation.Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Develop non-standardised models to address specific engineering challenges.</li><li>Produce high-quality electromagnetic and thermal analyses using proper simulation packages, e.g., FEM electromagnetic and other relevant tools.</li><li>Actively contribute to the design and implementation of tests to validate theoretical models.</li><li>Collaborate on tests to assess the reliability of cable infrastructure, including failure modes and fracture mechanics.</li><li>Identify common failure mechanisms affecting cable infrastructure, with a focus on meeting customer technical requirements.</li><li>Provide technical support and consulting within the Cable Engineering Department and collaborate with the R&amp;D Department.</li><li>Offer technical support and consulting to other departments, including Quality Control and Production.</li><li>Prioritise and manage projects according to the company's needs and goals.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliver results on time.</li></ul>Qualifications:&nbsp;<ul><li>MSc degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering, with expertise in High Voltage Engineering or Power Systems.</li><li>Excellent proficiency in Finite Element Method (FEM) Simulation Commercially Available Programs (COMSOL, ANSYS, OPERA or else) and electrostatics or eddy-current analysis</li><li>Very good Use of engineering programming languages, such as Matlab, MathCad, Python or else.</li><li>3+ years’ experience in numerical modelling and simulations.</li><li>Excellent command of English.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Customer relationship management.</li><li>Audit and monitoring.</li></ul>The Company Offers:&nbsp;<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in cable manufacturing</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li><li>Additional Bonus, based on results</li></ul>If you want to be part of this journey and see your work connecting lives and communities, join us!
