Key responsibilities will involve:&nbsp;<ul><li>Using your technical knowledge and skills, will drive specific transformations in the Plant’s manufacturing &amp; supply chain functions with the aim to transfer capabilities from Operational Excellence Processes, Systems &amp; Tools to the plant’s teams.</li><li>Spend most of your time in Plant’s sites to train, coach and develop teams, both leadership and shop floor personnel, deploying an advanced Operational Excellence program and focus on developing and building employees' capabilities through training, coaching and hands-on support.</li><li>Perform analysis of production/maintenance/quality data and create end to end loss trees, in order to understand current state and identify main losses and areas of improvement linked to KPI target setting.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Plant Continuous Improvement Mgr. and Plant internal leadership teams, as well as with Central Teams on the development of processes.</li><li>Become the change advocate through the transformation journey, coach Plant Leaders through the implementations, and support Plant functional leaders to build their knowledge in new systems and tools.</li><li>Communicate the vision, culture and content of Operations Excellence Program to all Plant levels, and aid in the development of the continuous improvement culture and Leadership capabilities to all levels.</li><li>Capture and disseminate Current Best Practices worthy of reapplication, diagnose activities and identify technical know-how and organization capabilities to progress continuous improvement.</li><li>Utilize advanced analytics, Lean 6σ, TPM, VSM, and other methodologies and tools, already structured in the company’s operational excellence framework.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>A bachelor and preferably a master’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management / Industrial Management.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of working experience in Industrial Manufacturing (Production/Maintenance or Continuous Improvement functions) and/or Industrial Supply Chain Operations.</li><li>Knowledge of industrial Health &amp; Safety procedures.</li><li>Knowledge and working experience of Lean methodologies and tools (Lean 6σ).</li><li>Availability to travel, as most of the working time will be allocated in the Manufacturing Plants of Viohalco’s Business Segments, and availability to relocate for short-term assignments (5 - 6 months within the year with flex arrangements) according to annual deployment plans.</li><li>Advanced business writing/speaking, communication &amp; presentation skills both in Greek and English.</li><li>Strong ability to teach, coach, and develop others.</li><li>Base Location: Thessaloniki (preferrable) or Athens.</li></ul>&nbsp;The Company offers<ul><li>A unique opportunity to thrive in one of the pioneering companies in Greek manufacturing industry.</li><li>Continuous learning and capability building, through a best-in-class operations excellence program.</li><li>Diverse Industrial Experience gained in diversified factories.</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Car &amp; Allowances</li><li>Life &amp; Health Insurance Plan</li></ul>
