Vestas Service Department is responsible for Sales, Service and Maintenance of the Wind Turbines. It is a busy area where a lot of exciting challenges happen. Inside the Operation Area, the Planning Team is responsible for setting and managing planning activities connected to Wind Turbine life cycles.&nbsp;Responsibilities<ul><li>Create a comprehensive weekly package of prepared work orders for each service team</li><li>Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts</li><li>Timely communication with crews and customers</li><li>Key performance index and process performance indicator related to planning &amp; scheduling are balanced and under control</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications<ul><li>More than 2 years of experience in the wind industry experience</li><li>Professional experience in a technical service environment with a focus on planning &amp; scheduling</li><li>Professional IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools</li><li>Experience in coordinating smaller development/improvement projects</li><li>Advanced English, both written and spoken</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies<ul><li>Planning and organizational skills</li><li>A systematic and analytical approach with attention to detail</li><li>Able to handle unexpected changes with a focus on problem-solving</li><li>Capacity to respond effectively to shifting priorities and manage a range of work demands</li><li>Demonstrated skill in analyzing numerical data and recognizing trends</li><li>Clear and concise oral and written communication skills</li><li>Self-organization/good time management and the ability to handle work challenges professionally</li></ul>&nbsp;What We OfferYou will be part of a regional team and be responsible for Service Dispatching in your own area.
