About the job
Vestas Service Department is responsible for Sales, Service and Maintenance of the Wind Turbines. It is a busy area where a lot of exciting challenges happen. Inside the Operation Area, the Planning Team is responsible for setting and managing planning activities connected to Wind Turbine life cycles.
Responsibilities
Create a comprehensive weekly package of prepared work orders for each service team
Service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
Timely communication with crews and customers
Key performance index and process performance indicator related to planning & scheduling are balanced and under control
Qualifications
More than 2 years of experience in the wind industry experience
Professional experience in a technical service environment with a focus on planning & scheduling
Professional IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
Experience in coordinating smaller development/improvement projects
Advanced English, both written and spoken
Competencies
Planning and organizational skills
A systematic and analytical approach with attention to detail
Able to handle unexpected changes with a focus on problem-solving
Capacity to respond effectively to shifting priorities and manage a range of work demands
Demonstrated skill in analyzing numerical data and recognizing trends
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Self-organization/good time management and the ability to handle work challenges professionally

You will also play an important part in securing and delivering products and services to meet our customers' expectations. In order to be effective, we need skilled dispatchers who can handle changing situations with a methodical approach.
