Hellenic Cables S.A. is seeking a Warehouse &amp; Distribution Supervisor &nbsp;to join our Plant in Eleonas.&nbsp;Role Description<ul><li>Oversee warehouse operations to ensure peak&nbsp;efficiency and customer satisfaction&nbsp;as primary goal&nbsp;by supervising, organizing,&nbsp;training warehouse employees&nbsp;and maintaining the safe,&nbsp;smooth and&nbsp;consistent flow of goods in and out of the facility</li><li>Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service</li><li>Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages</li><li>Implement and optimize automated and computerized systems to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Maintain up-to-date stock control systems and ensure inventory records are accurate and reliable</li><li>Generate and analyze regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis</li><li>Enforce health, safety, hygiene, and security standards to ensure a compliant and safe working environment</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of company policies and vision, ensuring warehouse operations align with and support broader organizational goals</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration</li><li>Proven work experience as a Warehouse/ Logistics Supervisor</li><li>Familiar with SAP</li><li>Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems</li><li>Familiar with Transportation Management System</li><li>Advanced use of MS Office – strong in Excel</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>Leadership skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent Command of English Language</li><li>Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to work</li><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Initiative, resourcefulness and flexibility, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
