As the SAP BI landscape expands, this position will also contribute to shaping a scalable and sustainable analytics architecture.Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain SAP BW data models, process chains, and BI reports</li><li>Create modern, interactive dashboards and reports in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)</li><li>Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive BI solutions</li><li>Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of data feeding into reports and dashboards</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Operations) to identify needs and deliver optimal solutions</li><li>Contribute to the long-term BI roadmap and identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics (predictive insights, planning, forecasting)</li><li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize BW and SAC performance, including query optimization and data load management</li><li>Maintain documentation for data models, reports, and BI processes, ensuring clarity and compliance with governance standards</li><li>Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance or training to business users as needed</li><li>Any other task that may be required from time to time</li></ul>Professional experience &amp; qualifications of a successful candidate:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field</li><li>SAP certifications (e.g., SAC, BW/4HANA) will be considered an asset</li><li>At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud projects</li><li>Proven track record of contributing to or leading Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives from design to delivery</li><li>Experience with data governance, security models and compliance is a plus</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English</li></ul>Core competencies of successful candidate:<ul><li>Detail-oriented and quality-focused</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and adaptability</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Team-oriented with collaborative mindset</li><li>Leadership potential with a vision for team development</li><li>Adaptability to evolving needs</li></ul>
