Ayvens Credit Risk Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) reports directly to the Credit Risk Manager. He/She is responsible for analyzing credit data and financial statements to evaluate the risks associated with the counterparty’s creditworthiness. He/She uses a variety of analytical techniques to evaluate the risks associated with lending to consumers and to evaluate business risks.&nbsp;Responsibilities&nbsp;He/she is the direct contact with relationship managers (sales team), which is also a part of the 1st line of defense, to complete the first rating checks and explain the different credit decisions so that the relationship managers are better prepared for challenging conversations with clients, if needed.Being a part of the first line of defense implies that he/she is actively responsible for the risk assessment and credit decision of clients within the attributed delegation.He/She is responsible for the evaluation of financial data, such as balance sheets and income statements to determine the level of default risk, including the calculation of financial ratios, interpreting results from automated decision-making and the preparation of a report to register the required audit trail. Mobility Operations & Replacement Services Agent

The RMT Coordinator is an essential member as he/she will be responsible for handling client's requests for service in an efficient manner while providing excellent customer service and minimizing operating costs. Take inbound calls from drivers, answer inquiries regarding the requests for scheduled and non-scheduled technical repairs, maintenance and tyre replacement, handle complaints and resolve problems. Responsibilities: • Handle drivers’ requests for car maintenance, tires or replacement by promptly providing approvals in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. • Closely monitor costs related to repair, maintenance and tires replacement to achieve maximum savings. • Secure agreed prices with the vendor to ensure the client is aware of the repair total. • Negotiation for warranty recovery in cases where a vehicle is out of the normal factory warranty date or miles. • Handle and resolve drivers’ complaints. • Log all interactions with drivers in the relevant CRM tool and ensure that all tasks are completed. • Identify and escalate situations requiring attention. • Communicate with colleagues and external partners to control direct / indirect costs.• Drive continuous improvement and engage in action planning to improve operational effectiveness.Qualifications and skills:• University degree will be considered as an asset• At least 4-5 years of experience in automotive markets• Very good command of English language, both verbal and written• Organizational skills• Be able to work in teams• Customer oriented

RMT Coordinator

The LCV Specialist will support Ayvens Greece sales teams by providing commercial vehicle industry &amp; market knowledge, advice and guidance. Moreover he / she will provide advice to clients and new business prospects at the vehicle qualification stage on vehicle specification and ancillary equipment to ensure best fit for purpose.Through this role the candidate will liaise with the van manufacturers and importers, third party suppliers / vehicle converters to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of LCV maintenance budgets. Accident Operations Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of garage workflows in line with our master agreements. This role is responsible for managing job approvals, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction &amp; service quality for Ayvens clients through effective communication and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: •&nbsp;Oversee and regulate garage workflow processes to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service standards. •&nbsp;Act as the primary communication link between the Mobility team and service provider, ensuring alignment and timely updates on service activities. •&nbsp;Manage and approve workshop requests for vehicle maintenance and body repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. •&nbsp;Coordinate and control the channeling of maintenance and body repair appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization. •&nbsp;Monitor and control costs related to repairs and maintenance to ensure cost-efficiency and value delivery. •&nbsp;Negotiate and secure competitive pricing with the service provider, ensuring full transparency and clear communication of total repair costs&nbsp; •&nbsp;Pursue warranty recovery opportunities, even for vehicles outside standard factory warranty periods. •&nbsp;Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions and service activities using Ayvens systems. •&nbsp;Identify and escalate complex or high-impact issues requiring further attention or intervention. • Monitor, analyze, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness, and take corrective actions where necessary. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting action plans that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications &amp; Skills: • University degree will be considered as an asset• Technical knowledge of automotive systems, including repair, and maintenance.• At least 5-7 years of experience in automotive markets• Body repair workshop experience will be considered as a plus • Very good command of English language, both verbal and written • Organizational skills • Be able to work in teams • Customer oriented
